  • The computer random raffle drawing will be held by the witness of legal personnel on 1st, January, 2019.
    The winner will be noticed by texts or messages. The raffle result will be announced on the activity page, the official website of Taipei city Government, and the official website of CTS.

  • How to receive the prize and the time limit:

    The one who win the raffle must go to CTS to receive the prize with valid documents(ID, passport, or resident permit) by him/herself within the required time. If the time limit was been exceeded, it will be regarded as abandonment.

    • Service Hours—1000—1700, Mon.—Fri.
    • According to the Income Tax Act, once the price of the prize is more than $1,000 NTD, it has to be listed in the Individual Income Tax Return, and CTS must set up a withholding voucher to the winner. Therefore the winner must prepare him/her valid documents to be checked and to apply for the prize. If the tax according to law was failed to pay, it will be regarded as abandonment.




##Those who join the activity will be known as they were comprehended and agreed the following issues:
CTS can collect, process, and use the data of the participants in the forms of soft copy or hard copy, within the period of the activity for the needs of the raffle, by the regulations of Personal Information Protection Act. However CTS cannot use these datas for commercial promotions without the agreement of the participants.The participants may choose to provide the whole personal datas or not by free will, only if the ones whose personal datas are not completely may not join the raffle.
  1. If there’s any cause by computers, internet, technical errors happened that cannot be due to CTS, which results in the lost, mistake, unable to recognize, damage of the participants’ datas, CTS will not take the responsibility for it.
  2. The participants should confirm that all the datas will be filled in correctly. If there’s any lack or mistake of the datas due to the failure of noticing the winner, CTS will not take the responsibility.
  3. Who cannot complete the process to receive the prize will be regarded as abandonment. Who refuses to take the withholding voucher will be regarded as abandonment, too.
  4. By the date of raffle drawing or announcing the prize-winner, if it was failed to execute contract due to any reasons other than events of force majeure, CTS will raffle draw or announce the winner until the reasons other than events of force majeure disappeared.
  5. The confirmation of the winner’s identity will be qualified by the ID card number which is corresponded by the cell phone number from the data-base of CTS(or provided by the participants). The winner should apply the correct copy of him/her ID which needs to be confirmed by CTS to receive the prizes.
  6. The prize of the activity cannot be asked to transform, transfer, or discount into cash.
  7. When it comes to the prize of the activity, please make the object as standard.If there’s any reasons other than events of force majeure or out of stock, CTS has the rights to replace any prize with equivalent goods.
  8. According to the laws of tax, if the winner is a resident of the Republic of China, whose amount of awards received was more than $1,000 NTD, will receive the withholding voucher set up from CTS by the regulations of the law. If the amount of awards was more than $20,000 NTD, the winner must pay the tax of the income from contests and games and from prizes and awards won by chance, which is 10% of the price of the prize, to receive the prize.If the winner was not a resident of the Republic of China(which means the citizens and foreigners whose residence period were less than 183 days in the Republic of China), one must pay the tax of the income from contests and games and from prizes and awards won by chance, which is 25% of the price of the prize, and take the withholding voucher set up from CTS, to receive the prize. If the tax cannot be paid by the laws, the winner will be regarded as losing the qualification to receive the prize. It is the obligation of the participants of the activity to pay any tax due to the laws which comes with the activity, and CTS has no responsibility with it. If there’s any change or renew of the foregoing laws and regulations, the applications should follow it.
  9. CTS is not the provider or the maker of the prize, and has no any dealership or partnership with the provider of the prize or the service. If any dispute happened for the prize or the service of the activity, there’s no any responsibility with CTS.
  10. CTS reserves all rights to examine if the raffle was improper handling. Any one who tries to receive the prizes by fabricating, faking, or any other improper ways, CTS has the rights to reject he/she to participate the raffle or to cancel the winning qualification, and reserves the power to prosecute.
  11. CTS reserves the rights to cancel, terminate, modify, or pause the content of activity and the activity itself. If there’s any unaccomplished matter, it’d follow the relevant regulations and explanations ,and supplementary announcement could be added anytime.
  12. Any employee of CTS cannot participate this activity.
